2027 Calendar – Writers, Poets, Artists (& More…) Of The First World War

Price: (as of - Details) If you are wondering why this calendar looks more like a book than a calendar, there is a very simple explanation and I will tell you.I have been compiling calendars for quite a few years now and only ever give them away as presents to family, friends and colleagues across the world who have helped me with my research projects. I also make a number of copies available each year to local charities, which they can sell for fund raising purposes.Unfortunately, some copies of previous years’ calendars never got to their destinations because heavy-handed customs officials in certain countries suddenly decided to levy ridiculous charges on the recipients, despite the fact that it is clearly only a low value gift item.To get around this, my extremely clever husband suggested that we produce the calendar as a book for those countries and make the most of the various territorial Print On Demand facilities so that the publication does not have to cross borders and incur customs duties. This also has the knock-on effect of making it a lot cheaper to send copies to friends in the USA, Canada and Australasia with normal postage costs otherwise being quite high – plus people around the world who don’t know me can, for the first time - get to see my calendars as well.Because this is intended as a gift rather than a commercial product, it is on sale at the lowest possible price to merely cover the cost of production and I am not taking any profit from sales of this calendar via Amazon.
