Sample Recipe: Chicken Legs with Rice and Peas
Preheat the oven to 425°F.Place the drumsticks in a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.In a small skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic, paprika, and oregano. Cook for 1 minute, and remove from the heat.Pour the mixture over the drumsticks and turn to coat evenly. Bake for about 45 minutes, or until an instant-read thermometer reads 180°F.While the chicken bakes, cook the rice according to the package directions.
