Sample Recipe: Raspberry Smash Frozen Yogurt Sandwich

INGREDIENTS: 12 low-fat vanilla wafers 1 cup low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt 6 fresh or frozen raspberries

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Line a shallow storage container with wax paper or parchment paper.
2. Lay out 6 wafers in the container. Put a small scoop of Greek yogurt (about 2 teaspoons) on each cookie. Put a raspberry in the middle of the yogurt. Top with another cookie, and press down lightly.
3. Place the container in the freezer for 25 to 30 minutes.
